    My Parcel is Late or Has Not Arrived At All, What Do I Do?

    First, check the tracking for the last update. There may be a notification of a delay and new arrival date.

    If the tracking says it has been delivered and you have not received it, please contact us and we will help you trace it!

    For untracked international surface shipments, tracking is not available and the wait can be long anywhere from 2-6 months. If you're concerned, please don't hesitate to reach out to us for assurance.

    Parcels are insured for loss, so please keep notes on what happened.

    We follow shipments and provide periodic updates, especially when tracking shows a possible delay or issue.

    Please keep in mind that delivery times may vary depending upon destination and method of shipping.

    My Items Arrived Broken, What Can I Do?

    Keep damaged and broken items and their packaging! Please do not throw anything away so we can file an insurance claim on your behalf.

    We take the utmost care in packaging our items for a safe journey. Sometimes, breakage happens. We take this very seriously and do our best to offer a satisfactory solution such as replacement, substitution, and/or refund.

    To receive a resolution, please message us and tell us what happened. We will work with you to find the best resolution and describe how an insurance claim works. The claim process is online and easy to fill out.

    What Is Free Shipping?

    FREE SHIPPING is a convenience for the shopper! You can see the full cost of an item before purchasing it! Applicable taxes are extra and paid at the time of checkout.

    Shipping costs are included in the price according to the furthest domestic and international destination. When shipping costs are less, savings are refunded to the customer.

    Shipping does NOT include destination country handling or brokerage fees related to import customs.

    If Shipping Is Free, How Do I Save Money With Combined Shipping?

    Even with free shipping, we can combine purchases for delivery when it is safe and feasible to do so! As you read above, shipping costs are built-into the price so when you order more than one item the cost is based upon shipping each item separately. When we ship items together, it costs less and saves you money! You will receive a refund for shipping overages!

    How Do You Package Items For Shipment?

    We use environmentally friendly packing supplies such as biodegradable kraft paper, recycled plastic bubble wrap, and biodegradable foam peanuts. Whenever possible, we recycle and reuse cardboard boxes.

    Can I Save Money If I Live Close By?

    Yes, absolutely! We automatically calculate an adjustment for cheaper shipping costs and refund you the difference. This applies to all shipments across North America!
